An application has been submitted for consideration and public hearing by the Planning Commission for a City Project in a rural reserve zone to provide an easement across CBJ property north of the Ferry Terminal in order to locate a power and communication cable to serve a Rainforest Telecom tower.

- Now through May 21, 2018: Comments received during this period will be sent to the Planner, Jill Maclean, to be included in the staff report.
- May 22 through noon, Friday, June 8: Comments received during this period will be sent directly to Commissioners to read over the weekend in preparation for the hearing.
- June 12, 2018 7:00PM: Hearing Date & Time. You may testify and bring up to 2 pages of written material (15 copies) in City Hall’s Assembly Chambers, 155 S. Seward St., Juneau.
- June 13, 2018: The results of the hearing will be posted online.
