A quick note to let you know that the CBJ Homeowner Accessory Apartment Incentive Grant Program is available for use.
The assembly has provided additional funding ($480,000 for five years) for $6000 grants for homeowners that add an accessory apartment to their home. These funds were designated from the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund.
