A request has been submitted for consideration and public hearing by the Planning Commission for a zone change from D10 (multi-family residential, 10 dwelling units per acre) to LC (light commercial) at 3853 Bayview Ave and 11950, 11998 & 12020 Glacier Highway. If recommended for approval, the request will be sent to the CBJ Assembly for final consideration.
This invitation was mailed to residents that are within 500 feet of the subject parcels (please view PDF below for area being requested for rezone, timeline for comment, and case information). From Nov. 21 through 3pm on December 12, 2017 you may either call, email, or write to Community Development. The hearing date is scheduled for December 12, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Assembly Chambers. These dates have also been added to the Auke Bay Calendar.
