Hello Neighbors – This Public Notice is for our existing home at 12087 Glacier Highway which has been here since the 1950s and occupied by three generations of the Thomas family. We are in the midst of permitting for a house remodel and our plans include updating the basement space of our home into a standalone apartment (which it has historically been used as) in order to offer us more flexibility with the space. We are proud Auke Bay homeowners and are making substantial updates to our home to make it more modern and energy efficient as we plan to reside here for many years to come.
