I was planning to come to this meeting and will not be able to make it. I am very interested. I am an owner at Auk Nu and Spaulding Beach. I am also a Real Estate Licensee/Broker in Juneau for 15 years. I sent a letter to CBJ. Planning Committee and Assembly, stating the lack of street maintenance and sewers should prohibit building, as it was in North Douglas prior to the sewer. Also the adverse effect building will have on wildlife and our serenity. I am opposed to making our neighborhood and any more of Glacier Highway in Auke Bay commercial or light commercial. Thank you.
